African Cheetah to be Re-Introduced in India after being declared extinct in 1952.

• The country's last spotted cheetah died in Chhattisgarh in 1947.
• And it was declared extinct in India in 1952.
• Expected to be introduced into the country in November this year.

Young Warrior campaign has been launched by India and UNICEF to deal with the covid crisis to young people.

• CBSE urges youths to join young Warrior movement to spread awareness on covid-19.

• The young warriors will be assigned a series of tasks from vaccine registration, access to health and essential services, Covid appropriate behaviours, myth-busting.

Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan chairs 74th World Health Assembly.

• Currently health minister of India Dr. Harsh Vardhan is the Chairman of the WHO Executive Board.
• He noted that the board has called for further efforts to ensure equitable and fair access to Coronavirus vaccines to COVAX Facility.
