The President approved 144 gallantry awards to the personnel of the armed forces, police and paramilitary forces.

These include one Ashok Chakra, one Kirti Chakra, 15 Shaurya Chakras, four Bar to Sena Medals (Gallantry), 116 Sena Medals (Gallantry), five Nao Sena Medals (Gallantry) and two Vayu Sena Medals (Gallantry).
Of the 15 Shaurya Chakra awardees, three have been awarded posthumously.
The President also approved four awards for distinguished gallantry and meritorious service to ICG personnel, including one Tatrakshak Padak (Gallantry), and three Tatrakshak Padak (meritorious service).

A total of 662 police personnel will be awarded Police Medal for Gallantry (PMG),
628 personnel will be awarded President Police Medal for Gallantry (PPMG)
And 662 police personnel will be awarded Police Medal for Meritorious Service (PM).
In addition, 88 personnel will receive the President's Police Medal for Distinguished Service (PPM) on the 75th Independence Day.

The union territory of Ladakh is hosting the first edition of The Himalayan Film Festival 2021 (THFF) from September 24 to 28 in Leh capital city.
The five-day festival aims to create an interactive and exposure platform to promote aspiring local filmmakers
And showcase Ladakh as an attractive film destination.
The festival is being organized by Leh in association with the Directorate of Film Festivals under the Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
Apart from selected Indian panorama films, popular films from Himalayan states will be screened during the festival.

MSME Prerna is a unique and innovative business mentoring program in association with Poornatha & Co
To empower MSME entrepreneurs to run business more efficiently by optimizing value and potential.
The program will be in Bengali, the local language of the state.
MSME Prerna has been launched with an objective to develop the managerial and financial capabilities of MSME entrepreneurs
Besides creating awareness on various initiatives taken by the Central and State Governments and other regulators.

Tamil Nadu Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister MRK Panneerselvam presented the budget on 13 August 2021.
The minister dedicated the budget to the farmers protesting in New Delhi against the three agricultural laws.
The draft budget was prepared in consultation with representatives of farmers and farmer unions of 18 districts.
