The Supreme Court has recently allowed women to appear in the National Defense Academy NDA exam.
- Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) so far conducts NDA exam twice every year for male eligible candidates for admission to the National Defense Academy (NDA) and the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the Naval Academy (NA).
- The court criticized the Army's policy decision not to allow women to appear in the NDA exam and said it was based on gender discrimination.
- Earlier the only way for women to enter the army was through short service commission.
The govt announced the MeitY-NASSCOM Start-up Women Entrepreneur Awards 2020-21.

The World Bank has launched a new Cyber Security Multi Donor Trust Fund.
- A new cybersecurity multi-donor trust fund was launched under the Comprehensive Digital Development Partnership (DDP) umbrella program.
- The fund, which is part of the Digital Development Agenda, aims to help better define, understand, clarify, structure
- And roll-out the cyber security development agenda in a systematic manner.
- The launch of the trust fund has been made possible by contributions from donors from Estonia, Germany, Japan and the Netherlands.
Atal Innovation Mission in association with Dassault Systems Foundation launched Student Entrepreneurship Program 3.0.

- The theme of SEP 3.0 is based on the Made in 3D - Seed the Future Entrepreneurs Program,

- define product pricing and create expansion strategies Seed funding will be allocated.
- At the end of the event, start-ups from each school will participate in a playful competition and present their marketing campaign to experts from industry and academia.
Chhattisgarh government will give Rs 6,000 per year to landless laborers under Rajiv Gandhi Gramin Bhoomi Mazdoor Nyay Yojana.
- The objective of the scheme is to support rural landless laborers with minimum wages so that they can access basic facilities.
- More than 12 lakh families will be benefited by this scheme.
- The scheme focuses on covering MGNREGA and contract workers.
- The scheme was launched with a provision of Rs 200 crore.
