The MoU will provide an institutional mechanism between the Geological Survey of India (GSI) and Florida International University (FIU) on cooperation in the field of geology.

China has issued new draft rules on anti-competitive practices by Internet companies.
The new rules would prevent Internet companies from engaging in anti-competitive practices.
The new guideline seeks to prevent Internet companies from engaging in anti-competitive practices such as unfairly blocking rival platforms.
It expands China's efforts to rein in the technology sector.
The guidelines include a comprehensive list of prohibited behaviors that may harm Internet users and limit competition in the market.
Prohibited practices include controlling user traffic, blocking competitors' products, as well as discriminatory pricing.
The habit of blocking traffic to competitors and external sites has also come under scrutiny as it hinders market competitiveness.

The Indian Army in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir recently organized the 400 km "Jazba-e-Tiranga" relay marathon.
The marathon was flagged off and led by Major General Rajeev Puri, General Officer Commanding (GOC), Ace of Spades Division.
