IREDA launches "Whistle Blower" portal.

The Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) has launched a Whistle-Blower Portal as a part of the celebration of Vigilance Awareness Week 2021.
The whistleblower portal has been developed by the company's IT team and will help IREDA employees to raise concerns related to fraud, corruption, abuse of power.
IREDA is a Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) set up as a Non-Banking Financial Institution.

Haryana CM, Manohar Lal Khattar has launched Uttam Seed Portal, which will benefit the farmers of Haryana by providing quality seeds with transparency.
The portal will provide transparency in the seed production program organized by both government and private seed producing agencies and ensure the quality of certified seeds.
This seed portal has been linked to Meri Fasal Mera Byora Portal and Parivar Pehchan Patra ID.
Meri Fasal Mera Byora Portal provides details to all those farmers who have land or who have given their land on contract and should sell their crop.
Farmers will now get high quality good seeds, which can improve their production and revenue.
Government businesses as well as private visa businesses must register.

Axis Bank signed an MoU with the Indian Navy to offer Defense Services Salary Package under Power Salute in New Delhi.
Through the agreement, the bank will provide several benefits to all veterans and all ranks of cadets of the Indian Navy.
ICICI Bank also renewed its MoU with the Indian Army to offer enhanced benefits and new facilities to all serving and retired military personnel through its Defence Salary Account (DSA).
Major benefits included under Power Salute are an accidental cover up to INR 56 lakh,
children education grants up to INR 8 lakh,
total permanent disability cover up to INR 46 lakh,
partial permanent disability cover of up to INR 46 lakh and air accidental cover of INR 1 crore,
zero processing fee and 12 EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) waivers on the home loan.

Chhattisgarh has celebrated the annual Second National Tribal Dance Festival 2021 at the Science College Grounds, Raipur as a part of the state's tourism development plan.
It was inaugurated by Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren and Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel.
This year's event was coined with Chhattisgarh's Rajyotsava (State Foundation Day- November 1, 2021).

E-commerce marketplace Flipkart has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) to support the ambitious Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM) programme.
The MoU will help empower local businesses and Self Help Groups (SHGs) by bringing them on an e-commerce platform to sell their products.
Special attention will be given to Self Help Groups led by women.
The MoU is a part of Flipkart's Samarth program which aims to help skilled artisans, weavers and under-served community artisans to sell online through the Flipkart Marketplace.
Under the programme, e-commerce knowledge and training regarding onboarding, cataloging, marketing, account management, business insights and warehousing is also provided.
