Union Minister of Commerce, Industry, Food and Public Distribution Piyush Goyal has launched India's 1st Food Museum in Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu on 15th November 2021 through virtual platform.
The Food Security Museum showcases the story of India's agricultural revolution to become self-reliant and one of the largest food-exporting countries.
The museum was established by the Food Corporation of India (FCI).
FCI and Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technical Museum, Bangalore have co-developed the museum in an area of 1,860 sq ft at an estimated cost of Rs 1.1 crore.

Union Minister of Heavy Industries Mahendra Nath Pandey inaugurated the Air Pollution Control Tower (APCT) prototype developed by the state-run Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) in Noida on 17 November 2021.
The indigenously developed APCT is set up between the DND flyway and the slip road to Noida Expressway.
The tower will help in reducing the problem of increasing air pollution in the city.

Minister of State for Railways Raosaheb Danve inaugurated the first Pod Hotel of Indian Railways at Mumbai Central Railway Station.
The Pod Hotel features several small bed-sized capsules and offers affordable overnight stays.
Charges: Rs 999 for 12 hours and Rs 1,999 for 24 hours.
Facilities: WiFi, TV, a small locker, adjustable mirror, and reading lights.
These resting facilities can be availed by Passengers of Indian Railways and even common people.

SIDBI has entered into a collaboration with Google for having a social impact lending programme.
The program entails financial assistance up to ₹1 crore at competitive interest rates targeted at micro-enterprises.
The collaboration brings together a $15 million fund for micro-enterprises.
It envisages a loan program targeted at micro enterprises (turnover up to ₹5 crore) with loan size between ₹25 lakh to ₹1 crore being implemented by SIDBI.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will deliver the keynote address at the Sydney Dialogue on India's Technology Development and Revolution on November 18, 2021.
The Sydney Dialogue is hosted by the Australian Strategic Policy Institute from 17–19 November 2021.
The event will bring together political, business and government leaders to debate, generate new ideas and work towards a common understanding of the opportunities and challenges posed by emerging and critical technologies.
The event will also see a keynote speech by Australian Prime Minister Morrison and former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
