China launches new camera satellite with 5m resolution.

China launched a new satellite with camera called Zhiyuan-1 02E or Five Meter 02 Optical Satellite.
According to China's National Space Administration (CNSA), the satellite's camera has the capability to take pictures of the ground with a resolution of five meters.

This is the 39th launch of the Long Marche-4C rocket and the 403th launch of the Long March series.

NITI Aayog has released the fourth (fourth) edition of the State Health Index for 2019-20 titled Healthy States, Progressive India.
The index ranks states and union territories on the basis of their overall condition along with year-on-year incremental performance in their health outcomes.
The State Health Index for 2019–20 was prepared by NITI Aayog, World Bank, and Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW).
The State Health Index acts as an annual tool to assess the performance of states and UTs of the country.
It is based on 24 indicators grouped under the domains of Health Outcomes, Governance and Information, and Key Inputs/Processes.
On overall ranking based on the composite index score in 2019–20, the top-ranking states were Kerala and Tamil Nadu among the Larger States.
Mizoram and Tripura among the Smaller States.

It aims to deploy contractual manpower and manpower of outsourced category of services in Government Departments, Boards, Corporations, Statutory Institutions, State Universities and other agencies owned and controlled by the State Government.

Telangana has secured the first position among 34 states and union territories that have implemented the Syama Prasad Mookerjee Rurban Mission (SPMRM).

In the ranking of clusters, out of 295 clusters, Raykal cluster of Sangareddy and Jukkal cluster of Kamareddy in Telangana have secured first and second position respectively.
Aizawl's Aibok Cluster in Mizoram has secured the 3rd position.
The rankings were made on the basis of performance-based indicators as of 28 December 2021.

Japan has introduced the world's first dual-mode vehicle (DMV) resembling a minibus in its hometown of Kayo.
The vehicle can run on normal rubber tires on the road, but its steel wheels, which are on its underside, come down when it hits the railroad tracks.
The DMV can carry 21 passengers and can run at a speed of 60 km/h on rail tracks and about 100 km/h on public roads./li>
The front tires are taken off the track and the rear wheels are lowered to guide the DMV towards the railway.
This facility is the first of its kind to easily convert into a train-like module on a rail track.
Powered by diesel, the small fleet of vehicles comes in a variety of colours.
It runs along part of the coast of Shikoku Island in southern Japan, connecting several small towns and offering travelers fascinating seaside views.
