9th India – Kyrgyzstan Joint Special Forces Exercise Concludes at Bakloh, Himachal Pradesh.

The 9th Edition of the India – Kyrgyzstan Joint Special Forces Exercise was held from March 25, 2022 to April 06, 2022, at Special Forces Training School, Bakloh in Himachal Pradesh.
The joint training exercise further strengthened the existing bond between India and Kyrgyzstan.
Special Forces contingents from India and Kyrgyzstan shared their expertise and best practices of tactics, techniques and procedures to counter existing and emergent threats across the entire spectrum of conflict.

Chameli Devi Jain Award for Outstanding Female Media Person is an Indian journalism award named after Chameli Devi Jain.
She was an Indian independence activist who became the first Jain woman to be imprisoned during India's freedom struggle.

A new book titled Decoding Indian Babudom written by Ashwini Srivastava and published by Vitasta Publishing Pvt Ltd was released.
This is the first book of its kind by a journalist covering India's bureaucratic system.
It throws light on the working of administrative system and governance of India from the point of view of common man.
The author recommends 15 Sutras to achieve good and effective governance which can bring in investments by increasing the confidence of the businessmen in the administration.

Union Bank of India has launched its super-app named UnionNXT and digital transformation project SMBHAV on 6th April 2022.
The app UnionNXT will offer a number of services including payments, online shopping, bill payments, recharges, investment, loans, and fund transfers, on a single platform.
For this, the Union bank has an allocated an investment outlay of around Rs 1,000 crore for the current financial year 2022-23 (FY23).
The bank aims to have 50 percent business originating on the digital platform by 2025.
UBI’s super-apps is similar to the super-apps by other large lenders such as State Bank of India’s Yono, Bank of Baroda’s Bob world and HDFC Bank’s PayZapp and ICICI Bank’s iMobile.

NTPC has taken the initiative of blending Green Hydrogen in GGL (Gujarat Gas Limited) Piped Natural Gas (PNG) network at NTPC Kawas.
In the presence of Mohit Bhargava, CEO, NTPC REL and ED RE, NTPC, and Sanjeev Kumar, MD-GGL & GSPL, a formal agreement was signed between the two firms.
This hydrogen blending project at NTPC Kawas is a ground-breaking initiative and the country’s first of its type.
This is a step toward decarbonizing the culinary sector and achieving energy self-sufficiency for the country.
