Bengaluru has the highest number of women-led startups in India.

Recently, intelligence platform Traxon released data on women's participation in Indian startups.
According to these data, Bengaluru has the highest number of women-led startups in India.
1783 startups in Bengaluru are led by women.
After this are Mumbai and Delhi respectively.
Ahmedabad has the least number of women-led startups.
Only 181 startups in Ahmedabad are headed by women.
Funding for women-led startups has declined from 183 startups in 2014 to 7 in 2023.
According to the report, the number of women-led unicorns from 2008 to 2018 was 14.

Recently the Indira Gandhi Peace Prize was announced for the year 2023.
This award has been jointly presented to the Indian Medical Association and Trained Nurses Association of India.
Both these organizations have been given this award as representatives of Covid warriors.
