UAE's non-oil trade hit record $952.93 billion in 2023.

• The United Arab Emirates non-oil trade reached a record high of 3.5 trillion dirhams ($952.93 billion) in 2023.
• UAE's Prime Minister:- Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum.
• Trade in non-oil goods rose 12.6% from the previous year, while exports of goods and services surpassed 1 trillion dirhams to set a new record.

Supreme Court directs Rajasthan to pay ₹10 lakh to labourer.

• SC orders the Rajasthan govt. to pay ₹10 lakh for harassing part-time laborers, denying them regular employment, and work benefits, during a 22-year case pursuit.
• The case was dismissed with costs of ₹10 lakh to be paid to the respondent within four weeks.
• A Bench led by Justice Vikram Nath.
• The state government fought against the Labour Court order favoring workers for 22 years.

Uttarakhand CM launches "Himalayan Basket".

• Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami launched the Himalayan Basket.
• The Himalayan Basket was started by Sumit and Sneha Thapliyal in 2018.
• Under Himalayan Basket, agricultural products like milk, turmeric, and mint are purchased, and different products are made from them and supplied to foreign countries.
• Sumit is an engineer by profession and Sneha is a marketing professional.
