Tata Power, Noida International Airport partnered for renewable energy.

  • Tata Power has entered a partnership with Noida International Airport for renewable energy integration, with an investment of Rs 550 crore.
  • The deal includes the supply of 10.8 MW wind power and the development of a 13 MW onsite solar power capacity to meet the airport's energy needs.
  • Tata Power will also develop critical utilities and provide operation and maintenance services for 25 years.

Union Government approved Rs. 725.62 Crore for Fire Services expansion.

  • A committee chaired by Union Home Minister Amit Shah approved Rs. 725.62 crore for fire service modernization in Chhattisgarh, Odisha, and West Bengal.
  • Chhattisgarh received Rs. 147.76 cr., Odisha Rs. 201.10 cr. & West Bengal Rs. 376.76 cr.
  • The funding is part of an initiative to enhance disaster management & strengthen fire services across India under the National Disaster Response Fund.
