• Reduces evaluation metrics from 59 to 43 for clarity and outcome focus
• Developed with input from 160+ CSTIs, assessors, and domain experts.

• The Department of Legal Affairs under the Ministry of Law and Justice launched ‘Mahila Aarogyam Kaksh’ at Shastri Bhawan.

Constitutional Validity of UAPA Upheld by Bombay High Court.

• The Bombay High Court upheld the constitutional validity of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), 1967, dismissing a petition that challenged the law as being ultra vires and violative of fundamental rights.
• The Court underscored the objectives of national security and public order.

H₂O₂: SN Bose Centre Develops Sunlight-Based Eco-Friendly Method.

• Researchers at S. N. Bose National Centre for Basic Sciences (SNBCBS) have developed a novel method to synthesize hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) directly from water and sunlight.
• It is eco-friendly, breaking down into only water and oxygen, making it key for sustainable chemical processes.
• The innovation involves a material named Mo-DHTA COF.
