• Punjab Government launched Baaj Akh Anti-Drone System (ADS) in Tarn Taran.
• Aim: Stop drug smuggling via drones from across the border.
• Three ADS units launched; six more to be deployed soon.
• ADS can immediately neutralize drones entering from across the border.
• To be deployed from Pathankot to Fazilka as a second line of defense.
• System will work in coordination with BSF.

• Sikkim CM Prem Singh Tamang launched Nari Adalat at Rongpo on Amma Samman Diwas.
• Nari Adalat: community-based forum run by women for informal justice.

Ramesh Budihal Wins India’s First Medal at Asian Surfing Championships.

Azerbaijan, Armenia Sign US-Brokered Peace Deal at White House.

Highway Fatalities Cross 29,000 Mark in Early 2025, Says Government Report.
