HSL Granted Mini Ratna Status by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.

• Hindustan Shipyard Limited received Mini Ratna (Category-I) status from Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, handed to CMD Cmde Girideep Singh at the DPSU Annual Review Meeting in New Delhi.
• It is a public sector undertaking shipyard located in Visakhapatnam.
• Founded as the Scindia Shipyard, it was built by industrialist Walchand Hirachand as a part of The Scindia Steam Navigation Company Ltd.

MeitY Launches "Cyber Bharat Setu" Workshop in Tripura.

• MeitY and CERT-In inaugurated the Cyber Bharat Setu: Bridging States, Securing Bharat exercise in Agartala to boost cyber resilience.
• The two-day workshop (Nov 11–12, 2025) trains officials, police, and students through hands-on drills and simulated cybersecurity scenarios.
• Aims to build nationwide cyber capacity, innovation, and proactive defence strategies against digital threats.

UIDAI to Use Behavioural Insights to Boost Child Aadhaar Updates.

• UIDAI partnered with Behavioural Insights Ltd (BIT) to enhance adoption of Mandatory Biometric Updates (MBU) for children aged 5 and 15.
• The initiative aims to overcome behavioural, logistical, and awareness barriers through tailored behavioural interventions.
• Following fee waivers, UIDAI seeks timely Aadhaar updates to ensure seamless access to child-linked services and benefits.

SECI–NHAI Sign MoU for Solar Power on Delhi–Dehradun Highway.

• Solar Energy Corporation of India Ltd. and National Highways Authority of India inked an MoU to install solar power plants along the elevated Delhi section of the Delhi–Saharanpur–Dehradun Highway (NH-709B).
• The initiative aims to power highway infrastructure and cut carbon emissions.
• It supports India’s Net Zero 2070 goal and sets a model for sustainable infrastructure nationwide.
