Indian Army to honour "Operation Pawan" martyrs for the first time.
- For the first time in 38 years, the Indian Army will officially commemorate soldiers who died in Operation Pawan, India’s major overseas mission in Sri Lanka (1987–1990).
- Operation Pawan began after India deployed the IPKF under the Indo–Sri Lanka Accord (1987).
- On 26 November, the Army will hold a formal tribute at the National War Memorial.

- Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum approved Dubai’s largest three-year budget, with a total expenditure of AED 302.7 billion and projected revenues of AED 329.2 billion for 2026–2028.
- The budget supports sustainable economic growth, strengthened public services, and enhanced global competitiveness of Dubai.
