$11B AI Data Centre Campus Planned in Visakhapatnam by 2030.

• Digital Connexion — a JV of Brookfield, Reliance Industries, and Digital Realty — announced a massive $11 billion investment to build a 1 GW AI-native data centre campus in Visakhapatnam.
• The facility will span 400 acres and be purpose-built for AI workloads, featuring GPUs, TPUs, and advanced AI processors, with modular design, redundant power systems, and renewable-integrated cooling.

Sardar@150 Unity March Begins from Anand to Statue of Unity.

• The Sardar@150 Unity March, an 11-day National Padyatra marking Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s 150th birth anniversary, was launched from Anand, Gujarat, covering 180 km on foot to the Statue of Unity.
• Organised by Mera Yuva (MY) Bharat under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports.
• Four Pravah Road Yatras: Ganga (Delhi), Yamuna (Jaipur), Narmada (Nagpur), and Godavari (Mumbai).

Sindarov Becomes Youngest-Ever FIDE World Cup Champion 2025.

• Javokhir Sindarov of Uzbekistan won the 2025 FIDE World Cup, defeating China’s Wei Yi in a tense tiebreak 1½–½, becoming the youngest champion in World Cup history.
• The month-long tournament featured 206 elite players, opening on 1 November, with intense classical matches and dramatic tiebreak outcomes throughout.

World Bank Approves $776 Million for Education & Climate Farming.

• The World Bank approved $776 million for two major projects in Punjab and Maharashtra.
• In Punjab, the POISE Project received $286 million to enhance school education quality through technology-based learning, data-driven assessments, digital monitoring, and improved teacher training.
• In Maharashtra, POCRA Phase II secured $490 million.

India Internet Governance Forum 2025 Concludes in New Delhi.

• The fifth edition of IIGF 2025 was held from 27–28 November in New Delhi, under the theme Advancing Internet Governance for an Inclusive and Sustainable Viksit Bharat.
• Day 1 took place at the India Habitat Centre, and Day 2 at the India International Centre, featuring 4 major panels and 12 workshops on digital governance.
• The event was inaugurated by Union Minister of State Jitin Prasada.
