India Extends Trade Protection Duty on Chinese Seamless Tubes.

  • India extended anti-dumping duty on Chinese seamless tubes and pipes until January 27, 2027.
  • Applies to seamless tubes, pipes, and hollow profiles made of iron, alloy, or non-alloy steel.
  • Duty was originally imposed on October 28, 2021, for five years.
  • Extension issued by CBIC to protect domestic manufacturers.
  • Separate anti-dumping duty on Normal Butanol imports from Malaysia, South Africa, and the USA was also extended for five years.


Tamil Nadu Achieves Top Position in Higher Education GER with 52.3%.
