Aims to strengthen and professionalize India’s care sector.
Focuses on empowering and recognizing caregivers as skilled workers.
Proposes a National Policy on Caregiving.
Recommends setting up a National Caregiver Council.
Supports better care for elderly people and persons with disabilities.
Calls for social security and support for caregivers.
Aims to use India’s young workforce to meet the growing global demand for care services.

Framework notified: Operationalised under FTP 2023 on August 5, 2026.
Confirmed orders only: Inventory can be procured only against confirmed export orders.
No domestic diversion: Export inventory cannot be sold in the Indian market.
Digital tracking: Digital records are mandatory for traceability.
Seller protection: Export refunds/rebates must be passed on to Indian sellers.
MSME support: Provides Indian MSMEs access to organised fulfilment networks.

Gujarat Government has banned unauthorised analogue dairy products across the state.
The ban covers paneer, cheese and butter substitutes.
Manufacture, storage, transport and sale of these products are prohibited.
Some products were found to use vegetable oils instead of milk.
The ban aims to protect public health and consumers.
Violations will be dealt with under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.
