• Referred to as brick and mortar resource centers, Digital Kendra will provide MSMEs the opportunity to learn about the benefits of eCommerce.
• Aims to be a physical resource centre for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) providing third party services in e-commerce.

NASA Scientists Map "meltwater Lakes" Under Antarctica's Thick Ice Sheets.

• An ice covered lake in the Amery Ice Shelf in East Antarctica vanished in 2019.
• The phenomenon was captured by the NASA satellite and has now been analysed by scientists.
• NASA's Ice, Cloud, and Land Elevation Satellite 2, also known as ICESat-2,
• was the satellite used for mapping the meltwater lakes on the Antarctic ice sheet.
• ICESat-2 can map the ice sheets on the continent regardless of their thickness.

India, UK held 1st financial market dialogue through virtual meet.

• To strengthen bilateral financial connections.
• Govt-to-govt conversations took place during the Dialogue to increase cooperation on four major themes:
• Gujarat International Finance Tec (GIFT) City,
• banking and payments, insurance,
• and capital markets.

All BRICS countries agree to STI-led BRICS Innovation Cooperation Action Plan (2021-24) proposed by India.
