PM Modi to inaugurate India's first underwater metro in Kolkata.

• PM Modi will inaugurate India's first under-river metro tunnel in Kolkata & other metro extensions on March 6.
• The project aims to enhance urban connectivity, easing traffic.
• The Howrah Maidan-Esplanade Metro section features the country's first tunnel under a major river, while the Howrah Metro Station is the deepest (33 meters below the surface), one of its kind in the country.

Postal Department Transformation Initiative "Dak Karmayogi" completed.

SC seek clarification on Army Empanelment for gender parity.

• Supreme Court identified discrepancy in Army's empanelment process for male and female officers.
• Attorney General asked to clarify the Centre's stance through affidavit.
• The direction came after senior advocate Huzefa Ahmadi, appearing for women Army officers, alleged discrimination in the empanelment of women officers.
