India to Host $2M International Golf Series Opener in 2025.

• International Series India, with a prize purse of $2 million, will debut at DLF Golf and Country Club, Gurugram, from January 30 to February 2, 2025.

RBI Enhances UPI Lite Limits for Wider Adoption.

• The UPI Lite wallet limit is now ₹5,000, and the per-transaction limit is ₹1,000, aimed at promoting instant payments via mobile phones.
• Offline payment limits remain at ₹500 per transaction and ₹2,000 in total, encouraging small-value payments.
• Offline transactions allow payments without internet, telecom connectivity, or UPI PIN for seamless use.

"Nano Bubble Technology" to promote health of aquatic animals in Delhi.

• Union Minister Kirti Vardhan Singh launched a 15-day trial of Nano Bubble Technology at Delhi Zoo to clean pond water and promote aquatic animal health.
• The technology eliminates algae and similar growths and improves water quality through sustained oxygenation.
• If successful, it will be widely implemented in the zoo.

India to debut in FIFAe World Cup 2024 ft. eFootball.
