• The telescope will travel for about 100 days to a point 1 million miles from Earth.
• Designed for a 5-year primary mission, with a potential 10-year operational life.

• Mission Rangeen Machhli 2031 launched to boost India’s ornamental fish farming and exports.
• Focuses on fish breeding, biosecurity and quality control.

• Lakshadweep has been identified as a hub for tuna, seaweed and ornamental fisheries.
• Lakshadweep has an EEZ of nearly 4 lakh sq km, about 17% of India’s total EEZ.

• Turkey became the 71st country to sign the US-led Artemis Accords.
• The agreement promotes peaceful, transparent and sustainable space exploration.
• It covers exploration of the Moon, Mars and deep space.
• Turkey is the 7th West Asian country to join the framework.
• The accords support scientific data sharing, astronaut assistance and space-system interoperability.
• Turkey is also developing AYAP-1, its first uncrewed lunar mission.

Coconut Exports from India Surge 62% to ₹7,038 Crore in FY26.

• India’s coconut exports grew 62%, reaching ₹7,038.25 crore in FY26.
• Coconut products are now exported to 155 countries, driven by demand for value-added products.
• Major applications include gold mining, water purification, capacitors and pharmaceuticals.
