ISRO-NASA joint mission Nisar satellite will be launched in 2023.

• The ISRO-NASA joint mission NISAR (NASA-ISRO Synthetic Aperture Radar) satellite, which aims to measure changes in the Earth's surface globally using advanced radar images, is to be launched in early 2023.
• NISAR is a joint Earth observation mission between ISRO and NASA, used for global observations of the entire Earth, including the polar cryosphere and the Indian Ocean region.
• It is a dual-band (L-band and S-band) radar imaging mission with full polarimetric and interferometric modes of operation to observe small changes in land, vegetation and cryosphere.

Graphic artist Anand Radhakrishnan won the prestigious Eisner Prize.

• The Eisner Awards are given annually and the award won by Radhakrishnan – Best Illustrator/Multimedia Artist (Interior Art) – recognizes the creator of the art and images of a graphic novel.
• Radhakrishnan shared the award with British theater artist John Pearson.
• He won for his work on UK-based author Ram V's 145-page graphic novel Blue in Green, which was published by Image Comics in October 2020

Rajasthan govt launches "Mission Niryatak Bano" to foster exports from state.

• The campaign aims to register and support local traders who want to expand their business overseas in six phases.
• This includes assistance from training, securing necessary documents, registration with the Rajasthan Export Promotion Council and even assistance in export and trade operations.

King Chilli "Raja Mircha" from Nagaland exported to London for the first time.

• Raja Mircha received Geographical Indication Certification in the year 2008.
• The king pepper is one of the top five hottest peppers in the world based on Scoville heat units.
• It has a distinct taste as well as aroma.
• The Nagaland State Agricultural Marketing Board and Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) have come together to coordinate exports exported from Peren district of Nagaland.

RBI canceled the license of Madgam Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd. Margao.
