Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel launched the "Shri Dhanwantri Generic Medical Store Scheme".

The objective of this scheme is to provide low cost generic medicines and health services to the vulnerable people of the state.
The State Urban Administration and Development Department (UADD) will implement this scheme.
Under the scheme, 188 medical shops will be opened in 169 cities of the state.
At present 84 generic medical shops are open.
The scheme will provide people with a discount between 50.09 to 71% on the MRP (Market Rate Value) of generic drugs.

The book titled The Origin Story of India's States is authored by Venkataraghavan Subha Srinivasan and published by Penguin Random House India (PRHI).
It is the story of the birth of 28 states and 8 union territories of India. Plus, their constant change.
Venkataraghavan Subha Srinivasan is a writer, actor and strategy consultant from Bengaluru, Karnataka.
This is his 1st non-fiction book.

Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur has announced that film directors Istvan Szabo and Martin Scorsese will be honored with the Satyajit Ray Lifetime Achievement Award.
The 52nd edition of the film festival will be held in Goa from November 20 to 28.
Isteven Szabo is one of the most critically acclaimed Hungarian film directors of the past few decades, known for such masterpieces as Mephisto (1981) Father (1966).
Martin Scorsese is one of the leading figures of the New Hollywood era, regarded as one of the greatest and most influential directors in film history.

The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) is all set to host the Aadhaar Hackathon 2021 from October 28, 2021.
Aadhaar Hackathon is set to identify young innovators in the field of Information Technology.
The hackathon will be organized for young innovators who are still in various engineering institutes and want to step into the real world.
This will be the 1st event to be organized by the Aadhar team.
Aadhaar Hackathon 2021 is themed around two topics.
The 1st theme is around Enrolment and Update, which essentially covers some of the real-life challenges being faced by the residents while updating their address.
The 2nd theme of the Hackathon is around the Identity and Authentication solution offered by UIDAI.

Microsoft recently announced the launch of Microsoft AI Innovate, a 10-week initiative
It will help startups in India leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, enabling them to scale up operations, drive innovation and promote industry.
It will help to build expertise.
The program will also enable startups to reach new customers and geographies with Microsoft's sales and partners.
