Janhvi Dangeti becames the 1st Indian to complete the prestigious NASA programme.

Janhvi Dangeti is a young girl from Andhra Pradesh who recently completed NASA's International Air and Space Program (IASP NASA) at Kennedy Space Center in Alabama, USA.
She is part of a carefully selected group of 20 students from around the world.
She has been the campus ambassador for several organizations including STAR (Space Technology and Aeronautical Rocketry), an Indian private aerospace company.
She is a member of the International Organization of Aspiring Astronauts (IOAA).
She has participated in many programs and workshops of NASA, ISRO and other space agencies.

The first BRICS Sherpa meeting of 2022 was held virtually on 18–19 January 2022, in which the members thanked India for the presidency of BRICS in 2021.
China has taken the rotating presidency of BRICS in 2022.
BRICS is a grouping of five major emerging economies. Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.

Albert Boerla, President and Chief Executive of global pharmaceutical giant Pfizer Inc., has been honored with the prestigious Genesis Award 2022 on January 19, 2022.
He has been awarded for his efforts in leading the development of a COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer–BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine).
The award comes with a cash prize of $1 million.
The annual award is given to Jewish people who have achieved significant commercial success in recognition of their achievements, contribution to humanity, and commitment to Jewish values and/or the State of Israel.
It is widely known as the Jewish Nobel Prize.

Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma has been appointed as the ambassador of Universal Acceptance Steering Group (UASG).
It is a community-based team of industry leaders backed by global internet body ICANN.
The UASG works on developing and recommending standards for scripts in languages that are not currently used to access the Internet.
The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) aims to help ensure a stable, secure and unified global Internet.
Its headquarter is located in California, United States.

A new biography based on Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose titled Bose: The Untold Story of An Inconvenient Nationalist is scheduled to release in February 2022.
The biography has been written by researcher and founder of Mission Netaji Chandrachur Ghose.
The book is published by Penguin Random House India under its Viking imprint.
