Nobel laureate Dr. Frank Wilczek was awarded the Templeton Prize for the year 2022.

Frank Wilczek, a Nobel Prize-winning theoretical physicist and author, and professor at four universities among them Stockholm University, is awarded the 2022 Templeton Prize.
The Templeton Prize, valued at more than $1.3 million, is one of the world's largest annual individual awards.
It is given to honor those who harness the power of the sciences to explore the deepest questions of the universe and humankind’s place and purpose within it.
The Herman Feshbach Professor of Physics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Dr. Wilczek won the Nobel Prize in 2004 for his early-career work establishing the fundamental theory of the strong nuclear force.

Cristiano Ronaldo has been named the Player of the Month for April 2022.
It is Ronaldo’s sixth Player of the Month award, moving him to within one of the record jointly held by Harry Kane and Sergio Aguero.
The 37-year-old topped an eight-man shortlist that also featured Nathan Collins, Kevin De Bruyne, Bruno Guimaraes, Gabriel Jesus, Son Heung-min, Thiago and Leandro Trossard.

Former New Zealand captain Brendon McCullum appointed the new head coach of the England men's cricket team in Test cricket.
McCullum, who has been coaching Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL for the past few seasons, will join forces with newly appointed Test captain Ben Stokes to bring about a change in England's fortunes in cricket's oldest and longest format.
New Zealand born McCullum currently works as Head Coach of Indian Premier League franchise Kolkata Knight Riders and previously coached Trinbago Knight Riders to the 2020 Caribbean Premier League title.

Actress Deepika Padukone has become the 1st ever Indian brand ambassador of luxury brand Louis Vuitton.
The brand unveiled the role of 36-year-old Bollywood actress during their new handbag campaign.
She became the first Indian actor to feature in the brands campaign in 2020, when she posed for a mock book cover with stars like Lea Seydoux and Sophie Turner.

Indian Army signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish Centre for Excellence and wellness for coaching and making underprivileged students of Manipur eligible for admission to the best colleges and universities in India.
The Army has signed a Tripartite MoU with corporate partner State Bank of India Foundation (SBIF) and training partner National Integrity and Educational Development Organization (NIEDO).
The project is expected to be fully functional for the first batch of fifty students by the first week of July 2022.
