- A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed with Central Coalfields Limited (CCL), a subsidiary of Coal India.

- The Uttar Pradesh Cabinet has approved a 1% discount in stamp duty on property worth up to one crore rupees, if it is purchased in the name of a woman.
- Earlier, only properties up to ₹10 lakh were eligible with maximum ₹10,000 relief.
- Aimed at increasing female ownership, financial empowerment, and societal respect.
US House passes Genius Act to regulate dollar-pegged stablecoins.
- US President Donald Trump signed the GENIUS Act, creating the first federal framework for stablecoins pegged to the US dollar.
- Stablecoins are blockchain-based digital currencies that aim to maintain a stable value, usually by being pegged to fiat currencies like the USD.
- It will now be federally regulated under the GENIUS Act and must be supervised and audited under US laws.
Bharat NCX 2025 commences to bolster Indias cybersecurity preparedness.
- Bharat NCX 2025 (National Cybersecurity Exercise) was officially inaugurated.
- Organized by the National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS) in collaboration with Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU).
