• India ranked 16th in the Responsible Nations Index, a new global benchmark rating 154 countries on ethical governance, well-being, environmental stewardship, and global stability.
• Singapore topped, Switzerland ranked 2nd & Denmark ranked 3rd.
• Assesses countries across 3 dimensions internal, environmental, & external responsibility.
• Developed by the World Intellectual Foundation.

Aksigen IVF Opens India’s First Immersive Fertility Knowledge Centre.

• Aksigen IVF launched the Bharat Daftary Knowledge Centre in Mumbai, India’s first interactive centre focused on fertility awareness and patient education.
• Offers guided and immersive experiences to help patients understand IVF science and dispel myths.

Punjab Police Launch "Operation Parhar" to Dismantle Gangster Network.

• Punjab Police launched Operation Parhar, deploying 2,000 teams across the state to arrest major gangsters and their 1,200 associates.
• Targets the entire criminal ecosystem financing, logistics, safe houses, weapons, and communications.
• An Anti-Gangster Helpline (93946-93946) was launched for public tips, promising strict action and confidential reporting to achieve a gangster-free Punjab.

ChemVolt Global Partners with AP to Build 5 GWh Li-ion Gigafactory.

• ChemVolt Global signed an MoU with Andhra Pradesh to invest ₹2,500 crore in a 5 GWh lithium-ion cell gigafactory.
• Aims to boost India's domestic cell manufacturing for grid/e-mobility, while producing advanced prismatic cells.
• Create 1,500 direct and 4,000+ indirect jobs.
• Phase I targets a 1 GWh cell production line by Q3 2027, followed by Phase II adding 4 GWh to reach 5 GWh by Q2 2029.
