  • Uses Digi Rover (GNSS) technology for accurate digital land surveys.

Delhi Government Launches Green Drive Portal Under "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam".

  • Delhi CM Rekha Gupta launched the Green Drive Portal under Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam on 2 July 2026.
  • Portal aims to facilitate the plantation of 70 lakh saplings.
  • Supported by the Vriksh Rath initiative for sapling distribution and technical assistance.
  • Delhi EV Policy 2026 effective from 1 July 2026 to 31 March 2030.
  • 100% waiver of road tax and registration fees for EVs priced below ₹30 lakh.
  • EV incentives: ₹30,000 (2-wheelers), ₹50,000 (3-wheelers), ₹1 lakh (N1 vehicles).
  • Registration of new petrol 3-wheelers to stop from January 2027 and petrol 2-wheelers from April 2028.


1st GAGAN-Enabled Jet Aircraft Landing Successfully Completed in India.

  • DGCA conducted India’s first GAGAN-based satellite landing approach on a jet aircraft.
  • Performed by IndiGo Airbus A320 at Udaipur Airport, Rajasthan.
  • Used LPV (Localiser Performance with Vertical Guidance) approach.
  • Enables precision landing using satellite-based corrections instead of ground-based ILS.
  • GAGAN developed jointly by ISRO and AAI.
  • India became one of the few countries with indigenous SBAS (Satellite-Based Augmentation System) capability.
  • GAGAN improves accuracy and reliability of GNSS navigation signals.
