Gaudium IVF Unveils AI-Enabled Signature Labs for Advanced Fertility Care.

• Gaudium IVF launched India’s first AI-powered Signature Lab in South Delhi.
• It is India’s first publicly listed IVF chain.
• Lab uses AI tools like SiD for sperm assessment and ERICA for embryo evaluation.
• Part of a planned 19-centre expansion across India.
• Gaudium IVF was established in 2009 and is headquartered in New Delhi.

Amul to Build Global Largest Curd Production Facility in West Bengal.

• Amit Shah performed Bhoomi Pujan for the world’s largest curd manufacturing plant under Amul Bengal Dairy Project.
• Plant will be set up at Howrah Food Park, West Bengal with an investment of ₹700 crore.
• Final capacity: 30 lakh litres/day milk processing and 10 lakh kg/day curd production.
• Project will benefit around 1.20 lakh dairy farmers in West Bengal.
• Supports White Revolution 2.0 and promotes dairy cooperatives.
• Amul (GCMMF) was established in 1946 and is a key contributor to India’s White Revolution (Operation Flood).

Gibbon Wildlife Sanctuary in Assam Identifies 281 Butterfly Species.

• Book ‘Butterflies of Gibbon Wildlife Sanctuary’ documents 281 butterfly species in Assam.
• Survey conducted from 2012–2024 by researcher Sarangapani Neog.
• Study covers Hollongapar Gibbon Wildlife Sanctuary in Jorhat district, Assam.
• Sanctuary spans 20.98 sq km and is India’s only sanctuary named after the Hoolock Gibbon.
• Western Hoolock Gibbon is listed as Endangered on the IUCN Red List.

Kolkata Unveils Museum of Word Dedicated to Languages and Scripts.

• Amit Shah inaugurated the first phase of the Museum of Word in Kolkata.
• Developed by the Ministry of Culture to preserve India’s linguistic heritage.
• Showcases the evolution of languages from Panini’s grammar to modern digital archives.
• Features manuscripts, inscriptions, printing history, and AI-enabled archives.
• Aims to present linguistic heritage through an immersive and interactive experience.
• Inauguration coincided with the 150th anniversary of Vande Mataram.

Sukma Sets Health Milestone with 98.6% Institutional Deliveries.

• Sukma district, Chhattisgarh achieved 98.6% institutional deliveries under Mukhyamantri Swasth Bastar Abhiyan.
• Campaign launched by CM Vishnu Deo Sai on April 14, 2026.
• Maternal deaths reduced to single digits from 11 cases in the previous year.
• Conducted door-to-door screening for hypertension, diabetes, anaemia, and sickle cell disease.
• Over 2,000 anaemia cases identified and treated.
